Poole, James William "Jim"
January 5, 1931 - August 1, 2011

Beloved son of the late Sam and Lucy (nee Hearn) Poole. born in Judsonia, Arkansas.

Loving husband and devoted fishing partner to Glendene (nee Clark) Poole, married 59 years. Loving father to Terry (Bill) Poole-Farris and Randy (Connie) Poole. Dear grandfather of six, Jeremy, Jimmy, Jeff, Amanda, Laura, and Chad. Dear great-grandfather of 4, Jeremy "Bubba", Tyler, Marissa and Cameron. Dear brother of the late Leathal Poole.

Mr. Poole served in the U.S. Air Force from 1952 until 1956, and retired from McDonnell Douglas in 1986. Long time member of  Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

Services: Visitation Thursday, August 4, 2011 5pm until 7pm service time at Ridgecrest Baptist Church, 1731 Zumbehl Rd, St. Charles, MO 63303. Procession from church to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, Friday 10 am for Military graveside service at 11 am.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Alzheimers Association.
