Beloved boyfriend of Shelia Medlock, father of Sara & Holly;  Step-father to Cross & Coty Vaughn; cherished grandfather of Rachel & Anna; Brother of Abbie "Susie",  Janie "Shoug" and Jay’ne and the late Frank "Hootie" Harper; Father In Law to Stephen Lucy.  Loved by many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Friends.
